Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Charged Leads uses on its websites, why we use them, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as whether you are logged in.
Cookies we use
We use only essential cookies. These are set by the Supabase auth integration and are strictly necessary for the client dashboard to work. Our analytics tool (PostHog) runs in cookieless mode and does not set any cookie or store anything on your device.
Authentication cookies
The Supabase auth integration sets session cookies whose names follow the pattern sb-<project-ref>-auth-token. During the magic-link sign-in flow, a short-lived -code-verifier cookie is also set for the PKCE exchange. When a session token exceeds the browser cookie size limit it is split into chunked variants (e.g. .0, .1).
These cookies:
- Authenticate your session so the client dashboard knows you are logged in
- Are required for the dashboard to function; blocking them prevents login
- Are set in the browser, in server-side responses, and during middleware redirects
- Expire when your session ends or when Supabase refreshes the token
What we do not use
The site runs no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. We use PostHog in cookieless mode to count visits and see which pages get used. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; visitors are counted with a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into an identity. There is no Google Analytics or Meta pixel on any page.
Our commitment
If analytics or advertising cookies are ever added to this site, a consent gate will ship in the same change and this Cookie Policy will be updated before that change goes live. Cookieless analytics does not need a consent gate because nothing is stored on your device.
How to control cookies
You can instruct your browser to refuse or delete cookies at any time. Common controls:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Please note: because the only cookies on this site are authentication cookies, blocking or deleting them will prevent you from logging in to the client dashboard.
